The two biggest and most seasoned specialized stock auto racing associations in North America will turn into one substance by 2020.
On Friday NASCAR reported that it is buying the Automobile Racing Club of America series, a subordinate auto association that has authorized races since 1953 and has had a longstanding informal relationship since its establishment.
